DUMBO Underfoot

Curious about the remains of old railroad tracks outside of my DUMBO, Brooklyn studio, I was fascinated to find a rich history that was literally underfoot. Commissioned for the 2014 DUMBO Arts Festival, my outdoor street art installation Dumbo Underfoot highlighted the obsolete tracks by decorating them with patterns inspired by the industries that defined Brooklyn at the turn of the last century.
